Apple is set to launch new products and games in the fall, the company’s chief financial officer said on Tuesday.

The announcement comes at a time when Apple is working to regain momentum after years of decline, as the company tries to build up its mobile portfolio.

The company said Tuesday that its games business will grow by an average of more than 40 percent over the next two years, and that it will release new games for the first time in 2019.

The company also plans to expand its online business and introduce new games.

Apple’s gaming business has been plagued by delays and cost overruns, and Apple CEO Tim Cook has repeatedly vowed to make it better.
